• Other illegal sites (adult, leeching etc.)

24/7 Support

24 Hours support is based on resolving the ticket within the 24 hours mark. Please note some issues may require more than 24 hours (i.e. transfer of content) Response time can take up to 60 minutes. If we believe the issue is going to take more than 24 hours we will respond in the ticket and give the reason.

Responsibility for Content

You, as Cloud Solution’s client, are solely responsible for the content stored on and served by your Cloud Solution’s account. If you’re a reseller you are responsible for your customers account. Account of yours or your customer will be suspended or terminated if broken the terms of service.

Spam / Unsolicited Mass E-mail:

The sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM) through our servers promoting any website or through third party servers promoting a website hosted by us can result in the suspension or termination of the customer’s web hosting account without refund. Mailing lists may be operated as long as individuals choose to subscribe to receive mailings via clear 'opt in' methods and a strict removal procedure is published in all mailings. 'Safelists' and other advertising related mailing lists may not be operated; any complaints received are taken seriously and will be investigated in the time. PTE, PTR, and other email sending website are allowed, but must maximize the server usage and must have a valid mailing list just in case if requested for verification. We usually recommend those high usage scripts for a VPS. .

Delivery Time

24-48 hours of delivery time is usually given to our customers upon sign up, BUT IT MAY take more time.

Refunds

By signing up for services on Cloud Solutions, You're acknowledged that We give refunds ONLY if there's a Technical fault from us and if we fail to deliver within the time frame, No refunds will be processed on reasons like "Slow Support" "Downtimes".

Payments

Payments

You agree to supply appropriate payment for the services received from Cloud Solutions, in advance of the time period during which such services are provided. You agree that until and unless you notify us of your desire to cancel any or all services received, those services will be billed on a recurring basis. Cloud Solutions reserves the right to change the monthly payment amount anytime.

Backup & Data

We do not provide any kind of backup system/service. You must take your own backup manually by yourselves. We are not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on our servers. We are NOT responsible for any kind of Data Loss caused due to any reason.

Disclaimer

All users of Cloud Solutions, and all customers upon signing up for Cloud Solutions services, agree to comply with Cloud Solutions Terms of Service (“TOS”). The TOS is to ensure customers that are using Cloud Solutions’ services with due regard to the rights of other Internet users and in conformity with the requirements of Cloud Solutions’ network environment. The TOS are not exhaustive and Cloud Solutions reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its TOS at any time without notice, effective upon either the posting of the modified TOS to cloudsolution.host or notification of the modified TOS. Any complaints about a customer’s violation of the TOS should be sent to our support staff. Except when expressly agreed to the contrary in writing by an authorized representative of Cloud Solutions, this TOS supersedes any other agreement with Cool Handle, whether written, oral, by conduct, or otherwise.
